Synchronize with ServiceNow
If you are using ServiceNow to manage CrowdStrike security alerts, it is very important to make sure the status is synchronized with different parties to avoid wasting resources. When a ticket is closed in ServiceNow, make sure they are closed in CrowdStrike. When an alert is updated in CrowdStrike, make sure they are closed in ServiceNow.
